THANK YOU Technogeek & IT Kossacks! w/poll

A big "thank you" to all the Kossack techno geeks and IT folks who helped me with hand-holding and troubleshooting last Friday and who took pity on my plaintive diary titled "Help!"

With your suggestions and with links you provided I was able to figure out that there was either a browser problem or something having to do with spyware and virus software loaded on my computer.  I had it checked out and the problem was indeed that I had traces of an old antivirus program that was impeding the proper function of the newer stuff I'd loaded on.  Now it's fixed and cleaned up and I SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATE everyone's taking the time to help out and make suggestions.
